Ten percent tax was mention by Dr. Ben Carson during his speech to the audience at CPAC. He made mention than a very high authority had previously had it written in some great book.
A great speech worth listening to many times over and then doing something about it.
I liked his name for the USA as a “Pinnacle Nation”

Wait til Maher gets a serious medical problem and the Death Panels tell him, “Sorry, Mr. Maher, but you’re over 55.”

If liberals lose monsters like him, I don’t want us gaining his nasty spirit in the name of LIEbertarianism. Let him stew in the gutter of his evil, socialist creation.

I was simply pointing out the hypocrisy of these socialist who love to spend others money, but, not when it comes to their own money.

What a loss that would be.

Would that we all could lose you, Mr. Maher.

Exactly - my first thought was where would he go? I fled Los Angeles a few years ago and thank God, Maher and his ilk will very unlikely move to KC.

I’m guessing earlier that day after leaving his accountant’s office he found a bunch of Mexicans breaking into his BMW.

Read his Wikipedia page and you’ll get the image of a real confused human being: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bill_maher.

Wait til Maher gets a serious medical problem and the Death Panels tell him, “Sorry, Mr. Maher, but you’re over 55 53 50 47 42 40.”

...or, as time goes on, whatever age works depending on how much government money is left over after the political class gets their share.

Hey, Bill.

Yeah, you, Bill Maher.

I’m gonna let you in on a little secret.

No matter how much you give the government, it will never, ever, NEVER be enough.

Most lobs are like that. I read a thread on DU where they were talking about obamacare, and the added tax that vets are going to pay on medical equipment. (Medical equipment excise tax) Some of the libs were complaining that the doctors offices were passing the cost of the taxes onto the customers, and not eating the difference. “That is insane so am I do believe every time Obama says that the rich should pay more he is advocating my (lower middle class) costs going up? “
They don’t understand business. They are angry that businesses are selfish and cruel enough to pass on the tax to customers. “I wanted YOU to pay higher taxes. Not me!!!”

I propose the rest of the 49 States amend their constitutions to include the ‘Bill Maher is Obtuse’ Amendment concerning the rate of taxation set upon certain individuals. The amendment would apply to every public figure that backs, endorse, or funds tax and spenders elected to a Federal/State positions that seeks to change State residence. The rate will be set at 75% and gradually applied higher each time Maher complains.

A free transvestite will also be made available in order to fulfill sexual pleasures. This provision will guarantee that Maher will have no problems with the proposed amendment/tax.

Not sure if Maher had a brief moment of clarity or if he is just realizing that he is a useful idiot. If he takes a full turn from the dark side, it could be interesting since he is a key propagandist of the left.

***...we're paying - over 50 percent. I'm willing to pay my share, but yeah, it's ridiculous.” ***

If Mahr paid more than his “fair share” of taxes would he still be an a$$***e?

Can a leopard change it's spots, or the Ethiopian his skin?

Even responding to a f*ckstain like maher gives him legitimacy, which to me means that you take the consumer media Seriously. You are hooked to it, even though you wish that it would agree with you.
