The name Al-Qaqaa reminded me of
one of my early posts on FR. My friend subsequently said they didn't inspect and secure the ENTIRE complex as it was sprawling. And there was weapons looting by civilians(?) in many places of Iraq that the US military wasn't able to secure and hold (wait for proper disposal/destruction) while mopping up pockets of resistence, but there was no looting in his vicinity of Al-Qaqaa while HQ'd there.
