A New York attorney is taking the complicated process of picking a jury to a new extreme. He represents a suspected terrorist and asked a judge to keep Jews off the panel.
Inside Brooklyn Federal Court, attorney Frederick Cohn told Judge Eric Vitaliano, “I’m not wild about having Jews on the jury in this case,” CBS 2’s Steve Langford reported.
Abdel Hameed Shehadeh, a Muslim, is charged with making false statements in connection with a terrorism offense. His attorney told the court he didn’t believe his client could get a fair trial if Jews are on the jury. … For the record, Cohn is Jewish. …

When, IF there is a Jewish Juror, and his client is found to be guilty, the (already prepared) appeal will hinge on the presence of a TAINTED JUROR.
Doesn’t an appeal go before JUDGES, not a JURY.
There would be no defense objection to a Muslim juror, naturally, which would mean a HUNG JURY.
Either way, guess who gets screwed. Got a mirror?

I;ve met a few who have moved down here and then they complain about how we have hardly any blacks of hispanics or no muslims or homosexuals, in their eyes they have to have this thing called diversity.
I’ve heard how we should not be allowed to have fires in our back yards or we should have our vehicles checked , inspected for emissions, we should not be allowed to carry our guns or fire them in our yards.
We should not have stand your ground or have a confedrate flag flying.
We should have state tax to pay for more or even have little things like street lights all over the county.
That is just is short list and yes I agree with you.
Why people move to another state and then want it changed to make it look like their old state is very puzzling.
I know that many states are lost causes, CA, MA, VT, are way gone, they;re just lost causes now but the weird thing is that those out fo those states then move to another state like CO and then want it to look like CA for some reason.
I think we can conclude that many Dems are very low info voters or not that bright.

LOL, little do they know: New York liberal Jews on the jury might increase his chances of acquittal.
They are now. In fact, they are a goal of this administration - from the very top to the attorney general and on down.
I just want to know if Christians can now use this to exclude atheists and non-Christians from their juries, or Jews can exculde non-jews from their juries, or what.
I mean if you’re going to allow it for one, judicial fairness requires it for all.
