WORCESTER — The mother of a 3-year-old boy faces motor vehicle homicide charges today after a Monday night car accident on Franklin Street.
Jayden Figueroa, 3, was pronounced dead at a local hospital following the 10:14 p.m. accident at 432 Franklin St.
Jayden and a 7-year-old were trapped inside the 1992 Toyota Camry which was traveling at more than 70 mph before it crossed into the eastbound travel lane and crashed into a parked Honda Odyssey, according to police.
Jayden's mother, Christina Castro, 27, of 2 Wall Street Court, was outside the vehicle with another son, a 5-year-old, when emergency personnel arrived. They worked to extricate the 3-year-old and the 7-year-old. All three children were taken to area hospitals, police said. None of the children were wearing seat belts, police said.
After the initial impact with the Odyssey, Ms. Castro's Toyota struck a Chrysler Town and Country, which sent the Chrysler into a parked tow truck.
Ms. Castro was arrested and will be arraigned today on charges of motor vehicle homicide by negligent operations, speeding, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, two counts of child restraint violation, three counts of reckless endangerment of a child and operating a motor vehicle so as to endanger.
Last night, firefighters worked feverishly to rip away parts of the car.
At one point, someone in the crowd of police, firefighters and paramedics started yelling and signaling the number four, and personnel jumped up into the snowy hill behind the accident, frantically waving flashlights and looking behind trees and under vehicles.
Crews hoisted a young boy onto a waiting stretcher, as another person was rushed into an ambulance. Another person was whisked to a third ambulance on a stretcher.
This wasn't an interstate highway folks

Don’t know and I’d hate to jump to conclusions based on the last names of the mother and the sons—which are not the same. In situations like this (unlicensed drivers) Boston talk host Howie Carr (who is on vacation this week) plays a sound cut: a car horn playing La Cucaracha...

That's b/c they use several identities (they vote and collect piles of US govt money under various names).
She also knew she was in big trouble and falsified police reports w/ a fake name ----- she did not want to give one of her gravy-train identities for fear of losing money.

So, by Ohaha forcing them to get licenses under their real names, state computers will run a photo-match check to see if the same person has applied under different names.

The Texas brothers were followed to a NJ office supply store nearby where they purchased computer supplies. Officers then followed the Texans to a NJ storage facility in Secaucus, NJ, where the Texans loaded several boxes into a car. One of them stood lookout. After a search, police recovered laminating sheets with built-in security features, pages of blank documents waiting for fake names and information, finished documents, computers and software to create the fake IDs.
All told, the haul was worth about $500,000 on the street when sold to "impoverished illegals." Police also recovered $6,000 in cash, which was the first payment from a NJ fake document broker for a shipment of 500 phony Social Security cards. ####

Menendez reinforced his authority by later calling US officials at the Depts of State and Commerce.
The more cynical among us see the push for amnesty on Capitol Hill concealing a dark, corrupt hidden agenda. Underage males/females cannot legally consent to sex here---it is considered Statuatory Rape in civilized countries. But sex w/ minors is legal in the Third World. That would change w/ amnesty.
2 Wall Street Court, Worcester, MA....2 blocks from the accident...she was fleeing her earlier rear end and was being persued by the victim of early criminal activity. She ran from the scene hell bent on escaping responsibility, and MURDERED her 3 year old son, and probably her 7 year old. Mom will go to prison, and the 5 year old into the hell-hole of foster care......all for a fender bender.

She may have rear ended a car and then panicked and fled; not stopping at scene of accident. Driver of other car, car maybe still driveable, then starts to chase her

The driver followed Ms. Castro to the next exit and tried to speak with her, but she allegedly continued to speed away and he was unable to follow her, Mr. Travers said. The driver reported the accident to police.
Police soon made a connection between the two accidents.
