Hi cap mag discussions are meaningless. It takes less than two seconds for a mag change. Furthermore anyone who carries should carry a spare mag in case of a malfunction.

Unfortunately, normal cap mag bans aren't meaningless at all. They're a foot in the door for disarmament, to be followed by others in due time. They're only meaningless for reducing violent crime (which is probably what you meant).
