Based upon that fact that the school is in South Philadelphia,
only 29% white and 76% "economically disadvantaged", yet the teacher felt safe in humiliating a student in front of the class, I'm going to make some guesses about the ethnicity of the student versus the "school official".
The parents should move if at all possible.

"They are preparing the next generation to hate guns." It is pretty obvious they are setting the stage to rescind the Second Amendment. Totalitarian governments will not tolerate the right of self-defense through arms.
