This is the Sunday Morning Talk Show Thread Ping List! If you want to be on it, reply to this post or FReepmail me (in case I miss it). If you want to be taken off, simply send me a FReepmail.

They’re promoting the RINO Jeb Bush, hoping that this will ensure the White House stays democrat in 2016… In my opinion, any Bush is absolutely unelectable. Why can’t one of the shows invite Rand Paul, who actually made news this week? It really is outrageous, when you think about it, because they SAY they’re all about reporting the news, not making it…

Oh, really?

The Sunday “News” shows, agenda and propaganda for every week, 52 times a year!

“The Sunday Morning Bray”, by Bray!

Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is Freedom. 2 Cor 3:17

We just found the rarest of rare endangered specie and that is the Republico Erectus or uncommonly known as a Republican with a spine. Most believed it had been extinct since 1980 but there was a sighting on the Senate floor this week named Rand Paul. This specimen will soon be killed and eaten as the other non-spine animals in Moscow on the Potomac engage in the hunt as was displayed within minutes of the sighting. The only problem they risk is if he will continue to fight and prove he is smarter than they are.

What if Rand Paul realizes that everything he has been told about politics is wrong? What if the American people are not put off by Conservatives who argue and hold up legislation? What if these people are starved for common sense ideas and real men willing to stand up for real ideas rather than the moderate marmalade which passes for GOP leadership? We had one guy finally stand up and say he was not afraid of the media or the powers on either side and single handedly changed the dialogue in the entire country.

Sure he picked a no lose issue of targeting Americans for missile assassination, but he was the only one in the Republican Party who was willing to fight it and still is. What kind of idiocy does it take to believe you have to agree with everything the Three Pillars of propaganda say to be taken serious by the group? It has been so long since anybody in the capital has had an original thought that they have learned to cower at the slightest hint of dissent or attack. They are so concerned about what their political image is they have forgotten what it is to stand on common principals. They are all so busy looking for the exit doors they have lost the concept of standing in the doorway. Fortunately for the country we got a couple glimpses of it this week.

The other miracle was the Sequestering of the Sequester. They allowed the deadline to pass and found out the sun still came up the next day and even had a bit of a rally in the stock market. When they heard from the President we would have the second Great Depression if the gummit was starved of five minutes of spending and it never happened as some blindfolds fell off of a few eyes. Not only did it not happen we have seen an increase in private sector jobs as well as a stock market rally. If this was done in a substantial way we would see a rally like we have never seen. Not exactly the Doomsday he and the Three Pillars predicted. It is amazing what happens when you see those hogs in the District of Corruption being put on a diet, even if it is a really fat man’s diet.

What we really saw was proof the media really is a paper tiger and when a politician stands on principles people notice and react positively. Of course the usual DC Dinosaurs of the establishment continue to cravenly cling to their irrelevancy since they have all the benefits for being good little Repubs. They are adored by the media as they continue to help promote the communist agenda as willing dupes. We watched as minutes after a heroic filibuster, Yawn McCain come out firing both working brain cells in an attempt to Palinize Rand Paul. We will soon be hearing how dumb he is and how he is an extremist when the only extreme position is targeting Americans from the air.

What they still don’t understand and their campaign managers will not tell them is this conflict will not cost them any votes and will actually give their base a reason to vote. The people in the middle who they are so anxious to court are not paying attention and likely have no idea there was targeting of Americans involved. What Rand did in this stand was bring activists to his side and differentiate himself from the rest of the Gutless Old Party. When you are an enemy of Yawn and Yawn Jr you have immediately made yourself a friend of the Tea Party wing which is where all the activists reside.

It took some courage to do what Rand Paul did although he is use to going against the grain of the Party. He is more of an outsider to begin with and has no need to toe the line like most Country Clubbers do. He will find he has more support now for his future election than he did a week ago as another boring Repub. He will likely see more votes in the future if he is willing to go against the campaign management consensus by not worrying about branding and pandering but standing up and governing. What we saw and he did was take a small step back from losing more of our freedom to standing up for our basic rights. He actually stood up to a dictator and said no which is the first time in four years it has happened and it worked.

Now the Party has a real problem. We now know what he did and the Sequester stand worked. Does the Party continue down the path of irrelevancy or does it allow its most “extreme” activists begin to take real stands for freedom to face the wrath of the paper tigers? Does the Party shake off the shackles of fear or does it stand up and speak out for freedom? These are real questions requiring real answers. So far over the last fifty years the consensus has been no, as we saw from the election results since Reagan with the exception of the Dem miscalculation in FL and the Tea Party rebellion.

What we have been doing isn’t working and there is no reason to believe it will work in the future so perhaps it is time to take a lesson from Rand and fight like your freedom depends on it.

Pray for America

Note: The above opinion is not necessarily my own, but FReeper Bray’s. If you wish to discuss this, please ping Bray.

No McLame nor Grahamnesty—guess their showing their jealous asses over Paul made them even toxic to the MSM.
So the Karl Rove GOP-e RINO and MSM loving loser for 2016 is Jeb Bush...
...after the TEA Party landslides of 2014 (where we stomp Rove in the moderate mud) we won't have to worry about 2016.

Thanks for thread A.B. Real blood bath in Colorado for gun rights. How’d that once great state fall so far? For that matter, how’d the country?

Morning AB, All.....

singing again this morn, 10 am mass.

Thank you AB for doing this thread, MOSTLY dependable ...;)...

Forgive me for bringing this up this early in the thread but I gotta leave soon.

See the pic below

Indeed it is Mike Castle. Governor Markell is there and that's Beau Biden, son of Joe, to the far right.

Seems ole Mike is out and about and urging Delaware legislators to adopt needless gun control laws.

THESE are the guys that beat us up for primarying outta there! These are the guys that Karl Rove wants us to elect!

Dag, I thought Mike Castle was a Republican! Does anyone doubt that a Senator Castle wouldn't be part of the Dem cabal to take away our guns?

I've got this state rocking cause I been everywhere posting this pic....link to some of the comments below on the Delaware board.

Got more news and stuff but will be back later.

LOVE PAUL RAND!!!!

Hey.P!

I saw that picture the other day on the DE 9-12 Pats email.

Gave me the creeps, just like Mike Castle does.

Never too old to be a useful tool for the powers that be.

I see Beau Biden is reading his newly written letter to his father, telling him not to tell people to discharge a weapon outdoors or blast through a solid door.

HIYA my sussex county buddy.

Got lots of news. I’m going to be a deligate to the Delaware State Republican party convention though I am not nuts about it.

Ruth Briggs King....makes me spit and hiss, running against a Tea Party type...come on...why can’t these elected guys do their jobs and let new folks coming up learn the ropes?

Now ask me about how I am going to be a nun soon.

Never mind....against my better judgement I am being pulled back into the pub party.

Maybe Rand Paul will help pave the way.

Have been following some of the Colorado gun control stuff. These folks are idiots. Let’s see, on college campuses, women can’t be trusted to CC. If they do, they might either kill an innocent man or get killed themselves by a rapist. Better to have them throw vomit and urinate on their attacker (while claiming a headache).

Vets can’t be allowed to have guns because they might have PTSD and be mentally ill. If their home gets invaded, I guess their best bet is to act crazy. If that fails, maybe they can throw vomit, urinate, or ......It’s quite confusing.

No Rand Paul? That doesn’t make any sense.

And the all Jeb all the time push is coming early. They're so utterly transparent. If Rand comes up at all on today's shows it will be in the form of some snarky bigfoot remarks by the libs AND the RINOs and they'll quickly move on.

I hate there people. We need a Conservative network.

Since husband has so much practice with clocks last week, this week was a breeze.

;)

For the record, before I head off, I think McCain and Graham are history.

They look small and churlish.

As for Jeb Bush....anybody gonna vote for him stay away from me.

I mean it was Eric Holder. This guy is a real jerk and for sale to everyone with a buck. Paul asks him out if the gubmint can target American civilians without benefit of a trial if in America and any kind of attack is not imminent.

WHY COULDN’T HOLDER HAVE SAID A SIMPLE NO????

Why???

Why doesn’t someone ask McLame and Grahamnesty this?

If Holder had simply responded like most normal political types would have...ie:

“Of course the President would not target an American on American soil without benefit of due process...but of course not!”

Just providing the simple sentence Eric could have returned.

And like I always say....you know I do....give me credit...
THE RINOS WILL REACH ACROSS THE AISLE TO THE DEMOCRATS BUT WILL RIP OFF THE HEAD OF ANYONE DARING TO THREATEN THEIR POWER AND CRAP DOWN THE BLOODY STUMP!

As McCain and Graham illustrated so aptly with their childish attack on a fellow Republican.

They could have....said...NOTHING?

They could have written an editorial for the WSJ.

They surely have a right to disagree with Rand Paul but they look so small, so elite,.....they really look bad, folks.

Which makes me happy.
