Charlie tried to get him to say that the government needed to invest in more research and Rex essentially told him the best thing government could do to facilitate all our energy needs both now and in the future was to either lead, follow or get out of the way!!!
Of course he said it more diplomatically but ever so powerfully. What a powerful demeanor!!!
