That would be somewhere up the Potomac and they don’t need a missile to get there. Any dumbass looking cruise boat, or a fake fuel barge, with their version of Fat Man could get there without trying real hard. Hope the Coasties are on their toes.
I tend to think they mean the headquarters in Yongsan.
