"It is possible, I supposed, to imagine an extraordinary circumstance in which it would be necessary and appropriate under the Constitution and applicable laws of the United States for the President to authorize the military to use lethal force within the territory of the United States. For example, the President could concievably have no choice but to authorize the military to use such force if necessary to protect the homeland in the circumstances of a catastrophic attack like the ones suffered on December 7, 1941, and September 11, 2001."

As for those recordings saying “Set the fire here”, I wonder why those weren’t released until AFTER the fire instead of while it was burning. I don’t believe one damn word a federal agent says.
The fed agents were trained on tanks at Ft. Hood. As far as I’m concerned, the army was used against them at Mt. Carmel. Now lots more feds are trained with tanks and are coming after us all.

The violation was over a 200 dollar tax. These government clowns went so far as to build a special bridge so they could get tanks onto Randy Weaver's Property. Think on that for a bit. Does the word "overkill" come to mind?
