A neatly dressed tourist taking pictures in Times Square was caught off guard when a visibly agitated woman blocked her path and then attacked her.
The 34-year-old long-haired blonde woman was walking with a friend and photographing their surroundings with a point-and-shoot camera when the aggravated passer-by confronted her and stood in her way.
The confrontation at West 46th Street and Broadway, across the street from a Forever 21, led to a verbal exchange which quickly turned into a scuffle.

The cops are there to protect the lazy, crazy bums. If any decent person were to physically confront the bums they would be instantly arrested. If a group of decent citizens tried to forcibly remove the bums from their midst then an army of local, state, and federal cops would swoop in to protect the bums. The decent people would have the book thrown at them. If the cops were not enough then the military would be called out.
Buy gosh, if this nut from Tacoma Washington had done that to me while “I” was there “I” would have pulled out my ah, my, Oh Darn I was unarmed there! Not even a pocket knife!
There were cops everywhere when I was there. There is even a police sub-station in Times Square so I imagine they were on the scene real quick as they arrested the perp who appears to be a mental case, having been in trouble before.
I bend those rules quite frequently lol...you can’t be a tiger if ypu don’t play in the jungle ;^)

As an aside, crazy people of this type are far less common in gun rights states, because even if they are only marginally sane, they are more self controlled, because they know if they go all out, they will possibly get shot.
That is, even among the *insane*, gun liberty has an inhibiting effect.

Have a friend whose brother was schizophrenic and the same thing would happen to him. He even drove 280 miles and showed up at my door once claiming he had an appointment with the French embassy in downtown detroit the next morning and needed to stay at my apartment that night. That was weird......
I feel sorry for the girl and especially for her family.......
