The story all came about when a woman stopped to use a restaurant’s restroom and then left without buying anything.

A few days later, the woman checked her mail to find a bill from that restaurant, asking her to pay for using their restroom. And it turns out the sheriff, himself, helped the restaurant’s owners track her down.

“I just feel like I’ve been violated,” Patricia Barnes said.

Barnes received a handwritten letter that asked for $5 because she used the restroom at The Flood Zone in Houston County.

She should have just written them a nice note and enclosed her $200 invoice for inspecting and testing their bathroom.

the law of “when you gotta go, you gotta go” somewhat applies. Yeah, a bit unusual to be called out on this by having your license plate looked up, but what surprises me more is that this woman went to the press! THat’s the weirdest part of this story.

If businesses have parking and bathrooms solely for the purposes of this woman to pee wherever she wants then it has to do the same for everyone else.

With all that parking and peeing and the extra demands of our present government, it’ll be no wonder business are failing left and right.
