Separately, at a press briefing, White House Press Secretary Jay Carney said the decision was made by ICE "without any input from the White House."
"The agency released these low-risk, non-criminal detainees under a less-expensive form of monitoring to ensure detention levels stayed within ICE's overall budget," he said.

If one of these criminals rapes or kills someone after DHS releases them, the government should be sued. Notice this happened several days before the sequester in an AZ county with a conservative sheriff. None of these ugly actions will take place in CA or NY.
Obama should be impeached for this misuse of office.

ICE didn’t make this decision. This came from the TOP. This was a warning to Republicans. “If I don’t get my way.....you’ll get more of this.” It’s the Chicago Way.
