In his 10-minute interview on conservative talk radio show “Voice of Freedom,” Rep. Louie Gohmert, R-Tyler, spoke against gun control and continued his strong advocation for the second amendment. True to his reputation, Gohmert didn’t hold any of his opinions back. When asked about the “end game” of those who are against firearms, Gohmert said:
“It is for our protection and the founders’ quotes make that very, very clear and including against a government that would run amok. You know, we’ve got some people that think Sharia Law ought to be the law of the land, forget the Constitution. But the guns are there, that Second Amendment is there, to make sure all of the rest of the amendments are followed.”
Linking the Muslim code of ethics, or Sharia Law, with gun control has landed Gohmert in hot water with some liberals.
On MSNBC’s “Hardball,” Chris Matthews criticized the congressman for “sounding the conspiracy alarm bell.”
In addition, the Interfaith Alliance has sent a letter to Gohmert regarding his “continued demonization of Islam.”
“Your implication that the Second Amendment must be strongly upheld so that Americans can arm themselves against Sharia, Muslim religious law, is troubling,” President of Interfaith Alliance Rev. Dr. C. Welton Gaddy said.

And our young, naive, stupid, liberal youth will believe it’s good for us because it shows diversity just the way they were indoctrinated to believe...
We need to start a youth rebellion against PC and indoctrination. Encourage them to resist.
I honestly think that is how we take the country back. The Left has made freedom and the founding principles the forbidden fruit for the young. We should capitalize on that.
Encourage them to demand freedom and rebel against indoctrination.
If you're taking flack from the enemy you must be over the target.
Just remember the following.
Kids love video games with guns.
Once of age, they buy real ones.
Stats show that this does not result in mass murder.
Stats also show that gun sales were at record levels before the gun control push. It wasn’t just old people buying them.
Dems will try taking their guns too. Real ones and ban them from games as well.
THEN you will see a mass wake-up by young people. Because they hate nothing more than being told they ‘can’t’ have something, especially when they bought it already.
Trust me on this.
Well, Rev. Dr. Gaddy, make sure you've got sufficient funds to pay your jizya when the time comes, OK?
Good for Louie. Somebody needs to stand up. We have a handful of people in Congress fighting for us and the rest are worthless.
