Because in afganistan the locals are not nationalists. They are tribal and have been going back to Alexander The Great, meaning they are wiling to fight and die for a way of life. These punks in Chicago are, well they’re punks and cowards. They won’t stand and fight if confronted with a serious threat that willing and able to take them on (shoot to kill).
