NEW YORK — The reporter for Mother Jones magazine who broke the story of Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney's remarks that 47 percent of Americans "believe they are victims" is among the winners of the 64th annual George Polk Awards in Journalism.

David Corn, Mother Jones' Washington bureau chief, received the political reporting prize for his work, which shook up the campaign when he reported on the remarks in September.

If you still needed confirmation that the sole purpose for "journalism" today is to elect Democrats to office, this is it.

Remember when Katie Couric won an award for her "ground-breaking" interview with Sarah Palin?

The left rewards journalists for destroying the lives and reputations of normal people. There are no prizes for destroying leftists.
Most journalists went into the “profession” so as to “change the world.” By that, they mean change it for marxism.

It’s not journalism, it’s hackism. These “news stories” might as well be paid ads for the DNC.

David Corn, Mother Jones' Washington bureau chief, received the political reporting prize for his work, which shook up the campaign when he reported on the remarks in September.

It shook up the campaign because in true RINO fashion, it was apologized for not defended by the Romney campaign. Looking back, it's easy to the beginning of the end against Obama came in the VP debate when Paul Ryan apologized for the 47% comment by saying that the words sometimes don't come out of your mouth the right way. That signified the Romney camp caved and would now allow themselves to be beaten bloody with the 47% club. They were, and they apologized repeatedly while they were.

Lucite blocks for “investigative journalism”; what a joke.

This is equivalent to winning a toilet plunger at a raffle.

No, a toilet plunger is actually useful. Google “Julius Streicher.” Hitler fired him because he actually got too extreme for the nazi agenda. Had he worked for the Democrats, he would have been appointed to a high administration position.

ROVE’S INCOMPETENCE ...OR IS HE A JUDAS GOAT ?

To borrow from Rush Limbaugh for those living Riolinda a Judas goat is used to lead US sheeples to the slaughter pen . The Republicans were given a chance to use a wedge issue to split up the democratic party and blew it. Beside denying God at their convention the other was the regime’s energy policy.

Being unable to equate Obama’s socialist schemes particularly his energy policy running up the costs on everything and still is thus forcing those with limited incomes to go on the dole. BTW the angle here is to blame the system not the folks using it. Because they have to. Was never presented .

It’s a signature of Rove’s past performances when with Bush. The demo-coms exploited the lack of rejoinder because it fell into “heartless Republicans” category and Romney’s advisors including Rove were inept .

Blaming Obama and explaining that policy in terms those proverbial LIV’s could understand wasn’t even considered. Refusing to attack Obama was based on MSM polling showing his popularity suggesting an intellectual inability by Rove and the GOPES to rejoin any racial charge.

Was that used in any of the material Rove’s RINOS spewed forth during the 2012 Romney or US senate races his group of GOPES (Government Ofthe People Elite Snobs) used on their hit list ? I like using that acronym because it rhymes with dopes.

Why ? What drove this ? They were responding to the miss-direction driven by Obama’s instuments of oppression Mainline Socialist Media (MSM).

Now his bunch seems to be saying if you hold a religious view don’t run for office... We’re gonna save the Republican party ....to be finished off by Obama and the hypenated democrats..
Roves RINOS wrong for America and wrong for the Republican party...

A few years ago David Corn and Michael Issikoff co-authored the book Hubris: Selling the Iraq War.

This book has now been converted into a TV documentary and airs tonight on Rachal Maddow/MSNBC.

Lots of controversy will flow from this.
