Clarifying position on drones attacking Americans domestically, Wallace wonders why a judge should “second guess” the commander in chief, disagrees with both Obama and Graham on the concept.
Obama won’t answer “Can you kill Americans on American soil” question.
FNS comes on at 10 AM here. Might actually relent and watch to see the accounting Rand Paul gives of himself. I like him. Want to see and know more.

Wallace sees no need for drones over US because if al-Qaeda is spotted, they could call in military forces instead.
