I just don't get his grip on Congress' nut sack. --
Obama doesn't have any special power in that regard. The phenomenon is one of accountability aversion on the part of Congress. It's a perennial problem, running regardless of which party controls the WH and which party controls Congress.

He’s using LBJ’s play book. Everyone has dirt under the rug. Find the dirt on those you need to turn and let them know you’ve got it. And, they’ll do whatever you want them to. Easy......

Doesn’t work that way.
The more violent the gangs get more honest citizens that never had a “want” to own a gun then sees a “need” for owning a gun to protect themselves.
The more people that see a “need” to own a gun and not just a “want” to own a gun, the more opposition they run into in trying to disarm the people.
If the objective was simply to go after the 2nd, increasing violence wouldn’t work.
If absolute power is the object, then increasing violence works because sooner or later there will be violence from both sides, and the govt will step into stop it.

As long as none of our elected leadership who have the authority and the power will stand up to this tyrant, it's going to be left up to we the people to resist, and to pay the price if it comes to that. Our political leadership-the few who even pay lipservice to opposing him-aren't going to actually do anything to stop him. It's no skin off their rear ends, since they already don't have to follow the same laws as the rest of us anyway. They'll be grandstanding about protecting our 2A rights all the way right up to the government confiscating our guns, up on a podium surrounded by their armed security. We need to begin by leaving no more paper trails than we already have.

It’s obvious he did it to Roberts. Probably threatened to have authorities investigate the adoption. Once O steps down and doesn’t have the same authority I predict bad times for him in more ways than one. It’s not going to be pretty.

Exactly correct.

Please. They haven’t amended the Constitution to make POTUS a dictator*(yet). So he can write anything he wants on a piece of paper, but unless there’s some sudden toilet paper shortage it’s of no significance, morally or legally, to anyone.
