Actually I was referring to Mark Kirk Jr. (Bob Dold) in the U.S. Congress, who continued the idea that voting far left on abortion was somehow "socially moderate". I'd love to ask these RINOs why they feel their position is "middle of the road" when polls show over 70% of Americans don't agree with their abortion-on-demand beliefs. But yes there probably are some RINO state legislatures are liberal as him on social issues.

WI has actual conservatives in power. Who would the IL RATS recall? Judy Baar Topinka?
Isn’t the state Treasurer Republican (elected in 2012)? He would have been gone in a recall election held November 2012, as would Gov. Brady had the governorship not been stolen from him in the first place. And then there are state representatives and senators. Recalls are an atrocious idea.
