We either have due process or we don’t. We’re either above our police just executing someone before trial or we’re not. Why don’t you go look at Brazil to see how that works out. Rob a bank? Police kill you. Kidnap someone? Police kill you. You want that? Go live in Brazil.

No one killed him. If you're hold up from the coppers due to murdering people and the place catches on fire, would you not come out with your hands up and surrender?
Did they not say they heard a single gunshot near the end of this event? Did the coroner not say he had a self inflicted hole in his skull?
