A non-racist who ignores skin color would quickly conclude that The Marxist and Carson have virtually nothing in common. They share little experiential commonality. Even if he tried, the Marxist couldn’t understand the viewpoints of Carson. To the Marxist, the principles of self-determination, hard work and delayed gratification are foreign. In fact, the Marxist strongly distrusts people who adhere to and espouse these principles.
