Even though I’ve been extremely busy, the only thing that could possibly prevent me from watching this year’s SOTU speech is if I don’t get to rearrange my sock drawer. I’ve been putting it off for long enough... I sorely need to do it, and, it’s been over a year since the last time I rearranged it, on 1/24/12.
“There’s no problem the Democrats have that can’t be solved with faster growth.”
Their (our) problems have been created by their policies, which foster no or slow growth. Unless they change policies, nothing will be solved, things will only get worse.
In a paper entitled: The Macrcoeconomic Effects of Tax Changes published by the prestigious American Economic Review in June 2010 (during her tenure at the White House), she stated: In short, tax increases appear to have a very large, sustained, and highly significant negative impact on output.
...The Romers baseline estimate suggests that a tax increase of 1% of GDP (about $160 billion in todays economy) reduces real GDP by 3% over the next 10 quarters.
(me again) Just the payroll tax increase alone is about $100 billion, so for the next 10 quarters, look out below.....
Wow that’s AWESOME!!
LameTrack running @ 220 mph.
The “kinetic events” will be epic.
Ok, so starve the beast.
Everyone will be doing it eventually anyway, because there won't be anything left for the politicians to steal. They'll have bled the world dry for the sake of their own power and their own privilege.
Their tower of Babel will fall, and the people of the world will finally live in peace. There will be no one left in power to steal from the people or pit the people against each other.
The world can survive without the politicians money, but the politicians can't survive without ours.
It would never happen. The funds will be eaten up in salaries, kickbacks and “studies”. The usual......
I have more important things to do, like rearrange my sock drawer.

He's an economic genious! Wow!
You pretty much summed it up
Bush, Bush, Bush, and oh, it’s Bush’s fault. But, I’m going to focus like a laser on jobs. LOLOLOLOL!
What a joke..
Again?
More 'UNION worker' buzzwords like 'education, schools, rail, transportation, highways, roads, bridges, etc'???
Infrastructure: Unions
Manufacturing: Unions
Clean Energy: Failed and failed big (Solyndra)
Education: Unions
Paybacks and blackholes to fleece the American tax payer.
He and his leftist handlers are laughing at us all, here in America. And thanks to their anti-American policies....it (his administration) has become a very unfunny joke.
The ONLY thing that will help America’s “state” is getting rid of the Obama leftists. But it looks like that ain’t gonna happen now. So they will continue to laugh on....
at our expense.
Just 4 years ago I stood on the precipiece of economic collapse, I am not the first president to blame the outgoing administration no, don’t you all remember how George W. Bush stood on that firetruck at ground zero shortly after 911 and instead of bringing the country together he went on and on about how he inherited the security situation that allowed that attack to happen. So I am the new change, Bush was a terrible guy for pouring water up the terrorists noses I won’t waste our energy with that I intend to strike them dead where they stand with drones and even intend to target American citizens and my base will cheer for me. I intend to destroy the Republican party and fox news so that only my media will be available to the people and they will have to go outside of the USA to get the truth. I will ensure that corrupt Democrats are only read about in the National Enquirer, stories never to be repeated by any legitimate news organization. So don’t believe all this hype on debt, the rich can afford it, just apply for your EBT, WIC, Foodstamps, Obamacare, Obamaphone, Obamaloan, Obamahome and let us worry about ensuring equality for people of all sexual beliefs, we will make sure when your young daughter needs an abortion that the Catholics pay their fair share for her healthcare and never you mind about that pesky Constitution, I haven’t been paying much attention to it and if it gets too burdensome we can change that too just keep voting for Democrats and destroy the Republicans at every step along the way.

I hear he is going to focus like a laser on jobs.
The families of his victims in Ben Ghazi wish he had done that when their loved ones were being killed.
There two nasty realities that disrupt the “Progressives” and their Socialist dream of Nirvana: Economics and the U.S. Constitution.
Why not just play the last one over again. Same stuff with likely the same negative results, except worse.
Is this a joke thread?
[It would never happen. The funds will be eaten up in salaries, kickbacks and studies. The usual......]
Yeah but, as long as the folks benefiting (either directly or politically) from those salaries, kickbacks, and “studies” wear a Purple/Pink shirt on Thursdays and admire the craftsmanship of the Emperor’s new underwear by explicitly not asking how much this infrastructure will cost and/or how it will be funded - that’s ok, and per the NewsSpeak Dictionary 2013 Workplace edition, “not” political. /s
Or, is it?

The State Of The Union is “laid to rest”.
Sadly, they'll instead pop hernias jumping up again and again to applaud Obama.
Yeah. There's no way I'm going to watch that.
