RICHLAND COUNTY, SC (WIS) —A Richland County man is accused of tattooing "Daddy's Girl" on his daughter, according to
Deputies arrested 39-year-old Victor Shane Scroggins Thursday morning. He is charged with tattoo of a minor, unlawful neglect of a child and not having a required certificate. After turning himself in Thursday morning, Scroggins was taken to the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center.
Scroggins is accused of tattooing "Daddy's Girl" and a Browning logo in his 14-year-old daughter's wrist at their home in October.

Seems kinda sick to me. Did the daughter want the tattoo? Weird.
It would seem rather odd to me that a 14 year old girl would want “Daddy’s Girl” tattooed on her anywhere.
I’m betting there are other issues in that home.
I’m sure she end up with a nice guy who’ll respect her.
Even if the girl begged for the tattoo, 14 is too young for her to be making such decisions. Obvioulsy the Dad is too immature to be making decisions like that either.
That ain’t nothing compared to what her brother got.
Wrist is bad, but it could have been worse. That would be a bad pair of tramps stamps to grow old with.
They said he was ‘unqualified’ to do tattooes?
Well that is a waste of a good prison sentence, when the only trade he learned was tattooing.
They will probably make a bigger deal of the Browning Logo.

Bad idea, Dad, but just think. If she was in NYC, she could get the morning after pill or an abotion WITHOUT her Dad’s permission.
