(Newser) – A hacker has breached the personal email accounts of several Bush family members and friends, and discovered that the family was actively preparing for George HW Bush's death during his recent hospital stay. In material given to the Smoking Gun, the former president's chief of staff sent Bush's children a message saying, "Your dad's funeral team is having an emergency meeting at 10am," adding that this info "fell under the broadening category of things NOT TO TELL YOUR MOTHER."
George W. Bush also said he was "thinking about [a] eulogy" in a Dec. 26 email. "Hopefully I'm jumping the gun. But since the feeling is that you all would rather me speak than bubba, please help." (The "bubba" in question apparently being Bill Clinton.) Jeb suggested talking about how Bush helped Clinton "restore his sordid reputation"—though he added it "might be tough to say it that way in a eulogy with President 42 there." The emails also contain several family photos, and the world's first look at the paintings of George W. Bush, including self-portraits of him showering and taking a bath.
Thankfully it wasn’t Barbara Bush
George H.W. Bush served his country well. In fact he is still serving. Because he fought on and survived his December health crisis the blood suckers at the IRS will get a larger share of his estate at some later date. I hope that it is at a much later date.

I dunno but if I were Bush I’d put both paintings on a postcard and print 100,000 of ‘em and send one to everyone I know. Ruin the market.
As for the rest, no harm no foul. Bush family should know it’s a target and hire cybersecurity experts to help avoid breaches just like protecting anything else.
At least that's true if Clinton's putative father, Billy Blythe, was his biological father. If his real father was someone else, who knows?
I didn’t find the summary of the emails to be “bizarre.” Pretty normal personal conversations. You should see some of the things my son and I send back and forth to each other.
