Jesse Jackson Jr. Signs Plea Deal In Federal Probe
NBC Chicago ^ | 2-8-13 | Mary Ann Ahren

Posted on 02/08/2013 9:44:37 AM PST by bigbob

It’s been nearly three months since Jesse Jackson Jr. resigned from Congress, but now NBC News confirms that Jackson has signed papers in a plea deal within the past several days. Jackson’s case is being handled by the US Attorney’s office in Washington DC. While no public announcement is expected today, those with knowledge of the investigation believe the loose ends now deal with Jackson’s wife, former Alderman Sandi Jackson, and whether or not she is ultimately charged. Under the terms of the deal Jackson signed, he pleads guilty and his fate – as to jail time – would be in the hands of a federal judge, not yet assigned. He would repay the government hundreds of thousands of dollars – for items like the $40,000 Rolex watch, travel expenses for a woman he described as a “social acquaintance” and furniture purchased for his home. Converting campaign contributions for personal use is strictly prohibited by federal law. It opens Jackson up to “not more than 5 years” in prison.

Not to worry, Eric Holder and the obozo to the his rescue. According to Holder referring to the Black Panther thugs, Jesse Jackson Jr is also one of their own. Which one would that be; the crook, the thug, the liar, the thief, the racist, the slimy politician, the shake down artist, the democrap, the Marxist, the Communist, the narcissist, the utopian idiot, or the black man who wants to kill and maim whitey, or ALL of the above?

Jesse Jacko Jr may have used campaign $$ to buy a $40K Rolex for Girlfriend

While pointing out that Jackson, Jr. was “one who is this good”, there was no mention of his 2010 affair scandal with Peruvian nightclub hostess Giovana Huidobro, which Jackson said “is a private and personal matter between me and my wife.” Something the media has had absolutely no curiosity about."

No mention of him being in on the Senate seat for sale?

I wonder if that's still under investigation.

He won’t do one single day of jail time.

Nope. Those in the "club" ALWAYS protect their own.

I was hoping he can at least milk the cows at Lompoc for a year or two, maybe pick daisies in a Colorado fed garden, might help mellow him out a bit.. his family deserve their own prison suite , including Je$$e Sr.

IF King Obama ever leaves, Junior will be one of the names on the pardon list.

Under the bus you go, Je$$e Jack$$on Junior.

I wonder if this has anything to do with his father threatening to tear the king’s family jewels from his royal body?

Say the magic word and the duck will come down. That duck has never been seen in liberal lapdog media.

All this means is the scandal is waaay larger, and the investigation was getting too close to the truth.
Little jackson was told to fall under the bus to cut
their losses. Democrats only admit guilt to prevent bigger democraps from getting caught.

To bad this class act was caught early. He would have made a great DEMOCRATIC SENATOR. I can hear the consulting that went on between them for 5k per month. Honey, do we have anymore Chrystal Champaign. Yes dear.

And if he were to run for his seat again, he would still get 85% of the vote.

“...HILLARY! UNCENSORED, the witch committed the biggest campaign finance fraud in history,... and all that happened was the campaign was fined 35K.”

And that was probably considered severe.

If Jesse Jackson, Sr. had a son he’d look just like Jesse Jackson, Jr.

I don't think I've ever replied to you before, but let me just say I hate you.

I did NOT need that mental image.

It would be interesting to track the net worth of those in Congress - from their first day in office to about 2 years after they leave office. I believe that deals are made with ‘stuff’ coming due after they leave office.
