They are now asking if they have the power to kill Americans WITHIN the U.S.

He says “we need to explain the processes” to the American people. Will only use as a last resort.

Watching a little bit of Brennan's testimony was interesting. He comes across as a braggart, a know-it-all; the type that could just as easily tell a lie when the truth would have been sufficient.
