"A Muslim who raped a 13-year-old girl he groomed on Facebook has been spared a prison sentence after a judge heard he went to an Islamic faith school where he was taught that women are worthless," the UK's Daily Mail reports. Adil Rashid, an 18-year-old from Birmingham, claimed to have learned that "women are no more worthy than a lollipop that has been dropped on the ground." The court was told that his education and "closed community" had left him with "little experience of women" and no knowledge of the law regarding sex with minors. Calling him "very naive and immature when it comes to sexual matters," the judge handed Rashid a suspended sentence and supervision order. Such crimes typically result in at least four years behind bars.
Is there a double standard whereby a Muslim upbringing can excuse horrible behavior that would never be tolerated from non-Muslims? Other British cases point in the same direction: Last year, a professional panel issued only a warning to a Muslim pharmacist who had repeatedly made crude remarks to female colleagues; it cited a "restrictive Muslim background" that purportedly rendered him clueless about what constitutes inappropriate conduct with coworkers of the opposite sex. In 2011, four women admitted to assaulting a female passerby, but they avoided prison after the defense asserted that, as Muslims, they were not used to drinking alcohol.
This is a free pass - that Moslem knew exactly what he was doing to that 13 yr old girl. Moslems are also taught that animals aren't valuable either and that dogs that bite you can turn you into a monster -- why wasn't Adil pick up a penchant for being the male version of Buffy the Vampire Slayer and rid the UK of the dog problem???
Well boys - so it begins -- all one has to do is say I was brought up in a culture that does not value women -- but then again - what other Moslems say is that it's just a few members that believe that - not the whole population of Moslems...
No matter what the argument - there are huge holes - the kind that is made by suicide bombers - in this case--just pathetic...
I guess we should start adopting the Crusader views and raise our children that way - so when they go out and perform the work of the Church and reclaiming the Holy Land -- they can't be tried for it! (sarc)
The “school” should be closed and the teachers jailed.
Next time some one tells you Islam is a peacefull religion..

Let me paraphrase the judge’s logic:
He can’t help being a jack-a$$, he’s a muslim.
The brain damaged judge missed an opportunity the clear up the obvious misunderstanding the maggot has. It’s muslims that are worthless; women have great value.
This kid looks about as worthless as dog doo someone stepped in.

IMO, that “defense” makes this scumbag a candidate for death row.

Apparently the judge in this case has eaten a lot of blue pills!
He was taught that kuffar women are worthless, but it would be hateful to mention that.
OTOH, if someone was taught that Muslims were bad news, that would be a hate crime and so would anything he did against Muslims.
It seems that this “judge” and many in the British judicial system have forgotten the purpose of a jail.
One the one hand, being sentenced to jail is supposed to punish the convict, and hopefully, teach the convict a lesson, something that this judge even admitted the convict needed.
But there’s an even more important purpose for a jail, and that is to protect the public from these predators. If there were a rabid animal walking the streets, you wouldn’t just let it run loose. You remove it from those streets, because it’s a danger to the public. Any muslim who claims these sorts of defenses need to be a) taught a lesson, and b) removed from society to protect the public.

If that girl were my daughter and I offed that knuckledragger, my defense would be, "I believe mohammedans are not more worthy than dogpiss by a fire hydrant." Wonder if I'd get the same pass...
I remember having a conversation that I did not start with a Jordanian - while waiting for my trip back home - in the international airport in Amman...i guess he wanted to explain certain “customs” to me so I understood...and one of them was marrying a 11-13 yr old girl — and backed this up by saying his grandmother was married at 13 and therefore - since Mam-ma’s are so great and one should never speak against your Mam-ma...that practice of an older male molesting a 13 yr was acceptable...I remember drinking my freshly squeeze orange juice waiting for the walls to be taken down and the director to say, “Cut- that’s a wrap.” I thought maybe someone was playing a joke and I was on some perverted Arab TV joke show...but alas I caught my plane and returned back to the US...
They ALL believe in this practice and therefore - b default - are a threat to the US way of life!
I read about a man who while enjoying a sausage biscuit was berated by a Muslim for eating pork which is `unclean’. The man replied that 99 percent of blood donors are “infidels” who eat pork on a regular basis & advised the Muslim to `stay safe’. The Muslim turned pale, uttered “Allah has put a seal on your heart!” and scuttled away.
There is no peace with Islam. None at all. Nuke Makkah now.
