All it shows is that they like so many others don’t come here to be Americans, they want the free stuff and send as much money home as possible. A great many bank as much money at their home country as possible and then return to live large. As far as their situation of maybe being deported, CRY ME A FRIGGIN RIVER! I am fed up with us supposed to give special treatment to someone just because the come from south of the border!

I have exactly as much pity and sympathy for someone who breaks into my country as I would have for someone who would break into my home.

Deport them all to Guatemala and revoke the citizenship of the anchor babies.

The same rule should apply to all illegal immigrants from every other country as well. If you didn’t come in the proper way you (and your offspring) should be forced out and barred from ever holding U.S. citizenship in the future.

To add insult to injury, her youngest kid was born after the order for her deportation was issued and she became a fugitive.

I can't believe people actually think stories like this one will generate sympathy.

The new normal. Nobody anywhere needs to obey the law, from the president down to illegal aliens. No consequences, no problem...

Udi Ofer, an attorney and advocacy director at the New York Civil Liberties Union, didn’t like that the trooper asked for Orozco’s paperwork or anything else. They had no reason to because she wasn’t a suspect in a crime and it’s not the job of state police to enforce federal immigration law, he said.

So I guess this Noo Yawk lawyer would be entirely agreeable if state, county and local police decided that it wasn't their job to enforce anti-gun, anti-2nd Amendment federal laws.

Oh, wait. They want federal anti-gun laws to be enforced all the way down to the tiny cow town level, preferably by jack booted thugs and fully automatic "assault weapons", body armor and armored personnel carriers during midnight raids. That's OK. But let any LEO try to enforce constitutional illegal immigration laws and such a stink!

The rank hypocrisy and pure evil in liberals is barely believable, yet they prove it daily, hourly.

She was asked a simple quesion and can't speak enought English to even answer the trooper. THEN she has an immigration warrant out for her because she skipped appearance in court the last time she was caught.

And we're supposed to feel sorry for her. And her brood? Sorry, my Give A Damn broke a long time ago.

Boo hoo. go home and get in line. I know a guy from England who fixes race cars and has been trying to come to the U.S. for years. He has to prove he can do a job or provide a service that no American can before he can be considered. He is still stuck in England. He owns his own business there and would be great for the U.S. But no, we only want the ones that come here and suck up welfare.

I keep asking my wife and the accountant who does are taxes why we should we keep paying taxes? The illegal is represented without taxation and the citizen(me, you, all of us) are being taxed without representation.

Then she worked at times from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. to save money to bring the three children they left in Mexico City. And Like many illegal immigrants, the family has gotten used to life on the outskirts of mainstream society, living with the possibility of deportation and working their way around the system to get by.

To open a bank account, Ibarra said she used her Mexican consulate identification card — called “matricula consular” — because of an agreement between the Mexican consulate and Bank of America. She uses a taxpayer number to pay taxes in hope that will facilitate her process of acquiring legal status under the immigration reform.

To buy her car, Ibarra said she paid a dealer three times its value. The dealer arranged a registration and a license plate even though she does not have documents.

Read the comments. Someone pointed out that there was a Guatemalan flag in one of the pictures, which indicated to which country these people still held loyalty.

One of the practical reasons the illegals do their banking 'down home' instead of in US banks is their accounts aren't covered by FDIC!

Mexico would be the first one off the block complaining if Obama tried to cover illegal alien accounts with FDIC.

What’s with this “Undocumented Immigrant” stuff?

Immigrants are invited into our Country and given Valid Legal Documents.

Invaders sneak in and use subterfuge to hide themselves among the Population.

Car broker/dealer in my neighborhood was selling cars for cash to dope dealers ~ he got caught and ratted them all out.

He's out of jail under federal witness protection and the dealers are in jail ~ but if they ever catch him he's meat.

So this ol'gal paid triple ~ for what? So that he doesn't turn her in? How utterly stupid of her ~ he'll turn on a dime.

ii) For a non-U.S. person, one or more of the following: A taxpayer identification number; passport number and country of issuance; alien identification card number; or number and country of issuance of any other government-issued document evidencing nationality or residence and bearing a photograph or similar safeguard.

Granted I just quickly skimmed, but it would appear that as long as the person has a tax identification number, which they happily give to the illegals so that they can get a refund of our money, they are covered by the FDIC. And the of the big reasons they send it home is to buy property to return to, so they put the money in the foreign bank to pay the bills. At least this is what the ones I worked with told me.

Getting the account is one thing ~ by the time FDIC is in the picture you need to identify yourself ~ again ~ and your status as an unlawful entrant will definitely be available for the gub'mnt to match up to ~ and there goes the big enchilada.

You literally risk being picked up by ICE for making your claim.

Could be, though the IRS could give a rip, and I’ll bet the Administration tells the FDIC to turn a blind eye just like they tell ICE.
