After posting my joke about turning the lights out I turned the TV off. I was shocked (no pun intended) when I turned it back on and discovered the power outage.
Taylor Swift, Katy Perry, Carrie Underwood ... lots of choices for 2014.
Exactly... that halftime show DID truly suck. I want my money back!
CBS announcer guy now saying this outage may last another 20 minutes. Plenty of time to make more sandwiches...

We have become a Third World country. I have had experience with stadium halogen lights. It takes 15 to 30 minutes for them to return to power. It takes time even after power is restored.

Leave it to Obama and his kind of people to botch things on a massive scale. All of the "entertainers" have been Holder's people and the head referee is another affirmative action example. Check out the background of Jerome Boger. I have little doubt the engineering contract for this event was likewise awarded out of political correctness ("set asides") instead of competence.

We are looking at commentators scrambling to fill air time and looking like a regular season half time talk fest.
The field is lit but half the lights in the stadium on one sideline are out. Seating on that side dark. Seating on other side bright. Enough light to play in my opinion
