Vented barrel. Looks like a Browning 425 (probably 28 gauge for his tiny arms) which has side vents (see the little holes drilled in it, see the close up of this model below).

I see, I never saw one of those guns before.with the vents.

Down here we just use what we have, can’t afford anything like that.
