After enlarging the photo, I’m comfortable that it is a photo taken while the gun is actually recoiling. The front sight (fluorescent rod-type) is blurred upward and to the rear at a 45 degree angle (as is the gold muzzle device, and the ports. At the rear, the trigger guard shows mostly rearward blur. This is consistent with firing.
I still suspect he’s shooting at a stationary target at eye level, and not “doing skeet”.
I also marvel at the quantity of smoke. I’d like to see a picture of any other shotgun giving off such a dramatic cloud of smoke.

If you look at the barrel diameter (28 gauge my guess) it isn’t that large, it is just long. On a previous thread, we determined it was a Browning 248 in 28 gauge which is rather long so the scale is about right. (plus he is boney)

Do they really expect us to believe he went skeet shooting late in the afternoon of his BIRTHDAY? He had guests waiting for him up there.
