With Brown out, GOP mulls Romney energy
(He's back; Mr. RomneyCARE and family for MA Senate))

"Massachusetts Republicans are desperately scrambling to find
a strong Senate candidate to replace Scott Brown,
with some even trying to persuade Mitt Romney’s wife or son
to jump into the race to avert another electoral disaster.

... Other GOP leaders also raised the prospect of Mitt’s eldest son, Tagg,
launching a surprise Senate campaign.
Tagg Romney was a close campaign adviser
and surrogate for his father and is a successful businessman living in Belmont."

I am going to call you a LIAR and I am also going to call you stupid because you have NO strategy to get where you want to go and you, and others like you, here on FR don’t even stop to THINK about a strategy to win. You love losing and pointing fingers while you yourself do nothing to improve anything.

No one is buying the liberal crap you are trying to peddle.

Personally, I want to see the Republican party completely crushed and destroyed and consigned to the dustbin of history.

I am not a Republican. I am a conservative.

If a moderate tells me the sky is blue, I’m gonna check it out for myself just to confirm it because they lie that much.

Sorry, Tagg. But you, like Rove and the GOPe have been exposed.

You love losers, betrayers, and liars.

You support Obama, the DNC, and RomneyCARE/ObamaCARE.

Are you sure that you would not be happier at DU?

We MUST use RINOS--WE MUST

Those aren't the words of a conservative. Those are the words of a liberal trying to push acceptance of liberal GOP-E candidates.

The same problem even going back as far as the Clinton era, is we haven’t put the conservative candidates front and center, but fall prey to the MSM logic that we need a centrist or moderate in the Republican party to succeed at best or compete at worst. This is the cancer that is destroying our chances to regain any kind of majority going forward.

Do you really think that name-calling is a good way to promote your own strategy?

No more RINOS, ever, is your strategy to get to fifty one US senators? How is that going to work.

I'll ask you, of the 45 Republican senators we have now, WHO would you keep?

Do you care about getting a majority or are you happy with keeping RATS in control?

Wrong question, Tagg.

HOW DO WE GET RID of LYING RINOs, and their fascist
backstabbing supporters?

HOW DO WE better vet candidates for conservative positions?

This is totally irrelevant to the question of how do we get to fifty one Republican senators if we will even admit that we want to take control from the RATs? THINK!!!!!! How do we do it?

I’m asking you for your opinion as to how do we get to fifty one acceptable Republican senators?

I'm more interested in how we get fifty one Conservative senators.

There is a thick vein of conservatism that needs to be scratched. It happened before; it WILL happen again

wrong my friend. since Reagan a vast army of people "in the public economy" has been created, that includes unemployment, income payments, disability, student loans, government unions. that number is now around 50% of the population, that's more than enough when you throw in green and pro abortion to make the government a permanent fixture until it actually breaks down. that will only happen when the dollar blows up.

What does this have to do with trying to get rid of a Democrat majority in the US Senate?

Good. At least you admit you don’t care about getting rid of Democrats—that’s more than the rest of these Freepers will do. These people curse the darkness without the slightest idea of how to get out of the darkness.

HOW DO WE better vet candidates for conservative positions?

"WE" don't need to "vet". Most of the people who "vet" are generally just pushing their own candidate and tearing down others. The proper way to discuss each candidate is to point out their conservative positions particularly their core principles and past actions. If those are false or made up, someone else will quickly point that out. And that is all that is necessary.
