Isn’t the Equator about 97% Nissan Frontier content?
That should make the parts available via them, no?

It is based on the Frontier but with a lot of cheaper substitutions, especially cosmetically. I didn’t mean that customers would have trouble getting Equator parts any time soon anyway. Ten-15 years down the road, yeah, you will probably be using a lot of Nissan parts, except for emissions-related stuff which you might have trouble installing in some states. Other disclosure: I still run a 1986 hardbody — has never had any significant work other than normal maintenance. Drive it most days especially recently.
