It’s a picture of what looks like a typical residential street, except it’s covered in garbage and old tires. The street is crumbling from years of neglect, the vegetation is way overgrown. As the original poster of the picture says, a pretty typical picture of Detroit.

Cripplecreek says it’s getting better, and I believe him. It *has* to be. I haven’t seen it in many a year.
