In a little-noticed email published online Wednesday by Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW), a young Dominican woman wrote nine months ago that she slept with 59-year-old New Jersey Democratic Sen. Bob Menendez at a series of sex parties organized by Dr. Salomon Melgen, a longtime Menendez campaign donor.
“That senator also likes the youngest and newest girls,” the woman wrote on April 21, 2002, according to an English translation provided to The Daily Caller by a native Spanish speaker.
“In the beginning he seemed so serious, because he never spoke to anyone, but he is just like the others and has just about the same tastes as the doctor, very refined. I think they were taking us more often to get us checked [medically] because of him.”
TheDC is not disclosing the woman’s name because she may have been a minor when her alleged sexual encounters with Menendez occurred.

I firmly believe the FBI knew about all this prior to the election and didn’t release it. That said I think the investigation was witheld not to help his re-election chances but rather to prevent the rest of America from seeing New Jersey democrats re-elect a known pedophile.
Sounds like Menendez needs a prison husband to teach him a lesson.
But since it's a democrat, it a back page story with barely a yawn from the press.

Well, the story is finally starting to get a little MSM traction. In today’s very left leaning Tucson “Arizona Daily Star” they actually picked up the AP article on the FBI raid yesterday on Menendez pal’s office. Yeah, it was on page 15 below the fold, but at least it was there. (Does anyone think it wouldn’t have been page 1 for a week now if Menendez had an R after his name?)

On wonders though if there is actually an underage provision in Dominican law. If there is a Free Sex zone where the law is set aside for tourists, the Senator is guiltless.

The problem isn't Dominican law. It is the American federal PROTECT Act, which makes it a federal crime for an American to have sex with an underage child for money abroad, even in a nation where it is legal.
It's starting to sound like the Senator was taken advantage of by some scheming teenaged tarts.
No one cares if a Democratic Senator has been having sex with underage prostitutes in the Dominican Republic for the last ten years. It’s going to be covered up and ignored almost as much as that Ben Gazzi guy no one remembers.
