Brother of Murder Victim Seeks Details of FBI’s ‘Sensitive Informant Program’

Salt Lake City attorney Jesse Trentadue filed a motion Monday asking a federal judge to determine whether he is entitled to limited discovery into the FBI’s “Sensitive Informant Program.”

In his motion, Trentadue described the program as one used by the bureau “to recruit and/or place informants on the staffs of members of the United States Congress and perhaps even federal judges, in the national media, within other federal agencies as well as the White House, on defense teams in high-profile federal and/or state criminal prosecutions, inside state and local law enforcement agencies, and even among the clergy of organized religions.”

Trentadue’s interest in the program stems from questions that have surfaced during his ongoing investigation into the death of Kenneth Trentadue, his brother who died in 1995 under suspicious circumstances while in custody at the U.S. Bureau of Prisons Federal Transfer Center in Oklahoma City, months after the Oklahoma City Bombing.

With his latest legal maneuver, Trentadue hopes to convince Judge Clark Waddoups to compel the FBI to provide all documentation outlining what he describes in the motion as an “unlawful and unconstitutional domestic spying program.”

Eric Holder was intimately involved in this case and so it is included as a related cover-up in the Obama Dead Pool. Video at link.

His brother resembled OKC’s John Doe #2. They arrested him, then tortured and killed him in prison, in the days immediately following OKBomb.

HUGE case.

SOOOOOOooo much more to OKC than most realize...

This is pure Looney-Tunes describing how Kenneth Trentadue (a federal prisoner) killed himself in his cell. They had the prisoner ricocheting around his cell like in a Looney-Tunes cartoon.

"Legal fight over inmate's death goes on" By Pamela Manson The Salt Lake Tribune (Archive) Published January 14, 2007

"according to the government, Trentadue had managed to kill himself after two failed attempts.

"First, he used a pencil to write a suicide note on the wall of his cell. Next, he tore a sheet into strips, then constructed a ligature with them.

"Trentadue then remade his bed, climbed the wall of his cell, wove his bedsheet rope into a metal vent above his sink and tried to hang himself. The rope broke and he fell, hitting the sink and ricocheting across the cell headfirst into the corner of a metal desk. The force of the impact caused him to rotate 180 degrees and careen across the cell, smashing his head into a wall.

"While unconscious from two head wounds, Trentadue bled profusely onto the floor. After regaining consciousness, he tried to get up but hit his head on the metal stool. He first crawled, then got up and staggered around his cell, leaving blood on the walls and floor.

"After lying on his bed for a while, Trentadue used two plastic toothpaste tubes or a plastic knife to cut his throat, leaving more blood. When that suicide try failed, he reconstructed his bed sheet rope and successfully hanged himself."

Investigators independent of the feds said that it could not have happened that way.

Two more that I am aware of..

Another prisoner who appear perfectly normal in every way. For example the wife of Irv Rubin noted, "I saw my husband yesterday. He was just the same as before. He didn't say goodbye."

Irving David Rubin, the chairman of the Jewish Defense League, committed suicide while being held on federal charges in Los Angeles jail.

While waiting with other prisoners outside their cells to go for breakfast Mr. Rubin suddenly slit his throat and dived head first from the third-tier walkway at the Metropolitan Detention Center.

"We were traumatized," said a federal official quoting the prisoners surrounding Mr. Rubin. Indeed.

The third one:

It doesn't have to be prison or even Arkansas when suddenly the uncontrollable urge hits someone.

In 1962 U.S. Department of Agriculture agent Henry Marshall, investigating the cotton allotment irregularities connected with Billy Sol Estes and others in very high Washington places (like LBJ! Especially LBJ! Who the hell else if not LBJ!), used his bolt-action rifle to shoot himself at least five times. Like the hapless man ricocheting and careening around his cell Mr. Marshall's multiple gun-shot wounds prove that he never gave up.

It took patriots years and years of verbal abuse, threats, ridicule but finally with invaluable help of talk radio! the patriots got some honest investigations of Ruby Ridge and Waco. It may take a hundred years to get the whole truth about the OKC bombing.

(Then of course there is Vince Foster, et al . . . .)

OKC bombing definitely did not happen the way it was reported

Unfortunately too many posting here are going to start playing the “Conspiracy Theory” card because our comments do not match the Liberal MSM narrative

I met poor Irv Rubin years ago. Used to see him coming out our post office now and then.

He did not deserve what they did to him.
