I saw this story yesterday and thought of posting it but then, thinking to myself how far beyond the pale it is, to conjure up this sort of legislation, I just found it simply too much.

The fact is , depravity by it's very nature is in its own way 'overkill', simply by the mere engaging in depravity, you facilitate an act of overkill of the most repulsive kind. And ergo, The Chief Sodomite himself, yes, by facilitating the process, by legalizing just such an an act of sheer depravity is himself as if he himself is committing the very same depravity every bit as heinous as those involved in the physical abomination of what they do. By condoning it, legalizing it, facilitating it, he certainly without question becomes part of the deed.

There's a concept in Judaism whereby someone legalizing or not preventing others from committing sin, say selling the public illegal drugs, the concept of sinner,for himself, sinner for being responsible for others to sin as a result of his action, even one that is not proactive, he commits his own sin and the sin of those he was handmaiden in.
