The “spawn” are US citizens. You are now in the dilemma, how can we deport a citizen child? We can deport the parents but what will happen to their children?
In other countries they don’t have this problem as the children of non citizens are not automatically granted citizenship like here.
I agree. Anchor babies is a huge problem.
California even has “maternity” hotels to create anchor babies.

Since we are not in the practice of keeping people’s children. They are free to leave with their parents. They can return when they are adults.
