Obama’s solution to employers hiring people under the table for low wages is to legalize 11 million illegal aliens. Which will open up positions for more illegals to come and work under the table, while the newly legal illegal aliens end up eventually going on unemployment once they get their green cards because there’s no work for them. And then we’ll legalize the new illegal aliens because etc…

First off, the 11 million number is a big lie. It will be more like 25 million OR more. The system can NOT sustain that. Some of the reasons for doing this go all the way back to the Israelites who were clamoring for a king:
1. Taxation - All the newly-minted citizens WILL pay a boatload of taxes.
2. Soldiers for war - God told them a king would take their sons for war.
3. Votes - The politicians are salivating at the prospect of additional votes. Mexicans vote Democrat. Period.
Also the scripture says: Deuteronomy 17:15 you shall surely set a king over you whom the Lord your God chooses, one from among your countrymen you shall set as king over yourselves; you may not put a foreigner over yourselves who is not your countryman.
To put this in the right prospective....when you move the eleven million to legit status as citizens...their employers will quickly dump them because the guy will expect real wages, real social security payment, etc. So the new citizen will end up at lower-end job....with no health care....because almost all will be in 30-hour or less situations (the new trick by employers to avoid the healthcare mess).
Meanwhile, the old employers...seeking really cheap labor....will entice a replacement squad of eleven million within three years to move into the US and set up residence for the under-the-table jobs.
Frankly, I’d stop all this immigration effort, and aim strictly at the employers...American citizens....and start bringing them into court. They deserve months in jail for continuing this whole practice and violating all the various laws already in existence. If they were truly fearful of court or jail, they wouldn’t be hiring the illegals.

According to the Center for Immigration studies, up to 75 percent of illegal aliens pay Social Security and Medicare payments from their paychecks even though they are not legally entitled to a Social Security Account.
In other words, they all don't hang out at gas stations, Home Depot, etc. looking for a cash paying job on a daily basis. They make up, steal, reproduce SS numbers and work in chicken plants, rug plants, rendering plants, where ever a manufacturer is willing to not ask too many questions about that Social Security card for William Smith they present. So, the illegals get the SS and medicare assessments taken off their check and they claim 8 or 9 dependents on their W-4 and have virtually NO federal or state taxes withheld.
The Social Security Administration has been quietly ignoring this because the payments into their system are a benefit with no heretofore outlays for them. This will change when/if they are legalized. If anyone believes that the SSA does not know exactly how many fraudulent SS numbers are in use and how many are duplicates, they believe in the Easter Bunny, too. They KNOW EXACTLY! It is too simple of a programming task not to. In fact, there are likely multiple tracking accounts for duplicated numbers so that the SSA doesn't have to pay out a maximum retirement payment for the poor sucker whose number was stolen. They are COMPLICIT and CORRUPT.
Alas, this will change when Obama gets his voters. The 12 million suddenly becomes 50 million, and they are all new projected SSA benefit recipients! Add to that the millions of sponsored influx of parents, uncles, aunts and cousins, and you have complete financial disaster....
But Obama won't care - he wants that, in addition to those new Democrat voters.

As always the issue is controlling entry.
Without a controlled border and controlled visas, the whole exercise is ignorant. Sen. Rubio pointed out the other day that 40% of illegal entry is those on different kinds of visas just not going home. A controlled border wouldn’t prevent that.
So, we also need a visa tracking system.
The best border control is with a fence. Along rivers and other natural boundaries where that might be impossible, the fence needs to farther back on American territory while justly compensating any displaced landowners (true eminent domain).
Tracking visas would be useless also. So somoene overstays, you have to get a hold of them to deport them.
I think the answer may be how the Saudis and Kuawitis do it. You can come in illegally but you can’t do anything. In those countries you can’t own a cell phone or have a business unless you have a green card(their version) The cops there have no qualms about asking for your papers.
Mess around and break their rules and you are on the next flight out.
If we make it difficult for them to earn a living here they will leave on their own.

The study focused on eight major welfare programs that cost the government $517 billion the year they were examined. They include Supplemental Security Income (SSI) for the disabled, Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF), a nutritional program known as Women, Infants and Children (WIC), food stamps, free/reduced school lunch, public housing and health insurance for the poor (Medicaid).
Food assistance and Medicaid are the programs most commonly used by illegal immigrants, mainly on behalf of their American-born children who get automatic citizenship. On the other hand, legal immigrant households take advantage of every available welfare program, according to the study, which attributes it to low education level and resulting low income.
The highest rate of welfare recipients come from the Dominican Republic (82 %), Mexico and Guatemala (75%) and Ecuador (70%), according to the report, which says welfare use tends to be high for both new arrivals and established residents.

I am in strong disagreement with him about one thing.
He criticizes the shadow economy as a bad thing. I disagree completely. The shadow economy is a form of insurance against oppressive government. It was in full bloom in the Soviet Union through the worst of its dictatorship, to the point where their country (or at least millions of people) could not survive without it.
So what is the shadow economy? Most people assume it is the “black market”, but it is much more. Many of those who populate it are “blanks”, people who are not “in the system”, have no government issued ID, pay no taxes, work for cash only, and who see government as an oppressive enemy.
Some, of course, are criminals, or ex-cons who can only find employment here. But many just want to be free from government. They detest government and want no part of it in their lives. Their only interaction with government affirms this opinion.
They are willing to live in poverty to do this. And it means that they also must use alternate means to get what government says on it can provide, or that other people cannot have.
If Obama and his vile cronies outlaw guns and ammunition, the shadow economy will provide. If the Tea Party is outlawed as a terrorist organization, it will still exist in the shadow economy. If the government decides to confiscate all gold, there will be a river of gold in the shadow economy.
This is not a bad thing. It is a proud American tradition.
The “spawn” are US citizens. You are now in the dilemma, how can we deport a citizen child? We can deport the parents but what will happen to their children?
In other countries they don’t have this problem as the children of non citizens are not automatically granted citizenship like here.

The 20 million plus illegals will simply be added to the 47% of Americans who do not pay Federal income tax (and most would not pay state income tax either). In exchange for contributing nothing to revenue, they will get welfare, housing, food, education, medicaid, etc. A simple cost benefit analysis indicates a huge negative impact for America. And what about those low-paid jobs that Obama claims the illegals do? Well once they are officially “legal”, the employers will have to pay them minimum wage, which will price them out of the job market. The predatory employers will by-pass them for new illegals, who they can manipulate into working for low wages because of their illegal status. And America will end up with 20 million underemployed “Americans” and a fresh batch of 20 million new illegals. And the only victor will be the Democratic Party.

I would also not be surprised if these SSI’ers, TANF, WICs, EBTs, SNAP, EITCs are collecting this welfare in addition to actually collecting a check under a W-2....the government will not cross check, unless it is to see if they have one welfare program and can qualifies for others.
