Folks on our side are starting to fight back. I’d like to see Van Jones try to take on Charlie Daniels... it would be the Devil going Down to Georgia...

Anti-Semitism is on the rise around the world and while Islamic fanatics scream about the destruction of the State of Israel, the dominos in the Middle East fall one by one, with only the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan preventing the fulfillment of the ancient biblical prophecy that Jerusalem would be surrounded by armies.
Yes, I am very concerned about Israel. It is not the land of my birth, but when I became a Christian I was grafted into the root of Israel like a wild olive branch grafted on to a full-grown tree. The Bible says that salvation comes to the world through the Jews, the race of people by which the Creator of all mankind chose to reveal Himself to the world, the race into which my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ was born, the land where He would live and die on a cross for our sins.
How could any true Christian not be concerned?
If you sign-up for a course called "environmental sustainability" - are you really surprised when some narrow-minded, academic ideologue ding-bat tries force-feed propaganda to you? How stupid are Loyola students?
My son was required to take a diversity class at college (Temple University in Philly). He perused his choices for fullfilling the diversity class requirement and opted for a diversity class on Native Americans, figuring it would probably be the easiest one to stomach among the choices offered.
His professor was black (naturally - - these mandatory diversity classes are designed to provide employment opportunities for people who majored in African American Studies) and one of the books REQUIRED for the class was a book written by that famous Native American, Ward Churchill.
I kid you not.
I have no sympathy for any idiot enrolling in a environmental sustainability class. The real problem is we're going to be paying for this waste of money when they default on their loans when they can't find a job because they're unemployable morons.
They should have staged a protest instead. Show them they don’t ‘need’ Van Jones.
I don’t have a problem with having kids hear commies like Jones speak if it is followed up by having the students critique the speech without being pressured to agree with him.
The purpose of higher education is to teach the kids how to recognize and defend against these people. If they know what they are up against, they can be better prepared when they get out into the world.
I would rather have them read Jones than to have the school pay him to speak. He already has more of the peoples’ money than he needs.
I had a theology class, and the category of "liberation theology" was taught too - religion of the oppressed. The class title was comparative religion, I think.
