so, is the book written in english or broken english, or spanish or farsi ?

According to this picture from Amazon, the book cover is in English, which seems odd if it is really from Iran. Also it is supposed to have been published in 1982, which is only 3 years after the Iranian revolution. I'm not sure that there were suicide bombers back then
