Neither former Gov. Jeb Bush, R-Fla., nor Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla. have announced their plans to run for the 2016 GOP presidential nomination, but both are already speaking and acting like contenders, going head to head on issues such as immigration and education reform.
Bush said in a Wall Street Journal op-ed last week that efforts to tackle immigration reform on a piecemeal basis are short-sighted and self-defeating.

RINO Kabuki. The GOP-e have already anointed Bush-Rubio to be the losing ticket of preference for 2016.
How much longer until he GOP-e announces that Jeb Bush will be our next - failed - nominee?
NO JEB on RUBIO!
Need a graphic of a lawn shrub superimposed with a red circle and a line through it.
Jeb, just go home.
“Tokyo” Rove gets a new contract with Fox News and days after we get this load of crap!
The oligarchs elbowing their way up to the trough.
If Rubio ran to the left of Jeb on immigration, he’s made a major, major error. Jeb is terrible on this issue, Rubio’s road to the White House is an immigration reform bill that most of the conservative base can accept. It would skyrocket him as a principled pragmatist.
Exactly right... Kabuki. Playing bad cop, good cop.
They are total allies in their desires for open-borders, here trying to play a little game to fool the GOP electorate.
NO MORE BUSHES! We need a full grown mature tree with a different name and a different outlook.
Please no more Bush family members. My G-d we have a country of 300 million people, surely there is someone else...
Please God, not Jeb Bush. I will not waste my time defending another Bush.
There’s two sons of Witch’s I won’t be voting for.
This has to be made very apparent ASAP! What he has said recently tells me he has no chance with conservatives.
I guess that cowardly scumbag Jeb wants “comprehensive” reform, ie., a big bill that hides all the crap that would never get approved “piecemeal”.
NO Jeb Bush!
No to Rubio!
No to Tokyo Rove!
No to Faux News1!
NO NO NO!
Jeb's mom will let them know the proper time.
Pffft! Like we have any input into the GOP!
Well, I'm sure they are indeed trying to grease the skids for Jeb, but I can't see an all-Florida ticket.
I suspect the ticket they really want is Jeb Bush/Pork Porkie.
Fighting over who gets to lose in the end.
