My father is a retired cop who actually was friends with Ray, went up through the ranks with him in the 70s and he no longer keeps in touch. My dad sent him an email last year and Ray never answered it. The dude is gone, completely brain washed or drunk with power. Just a total backstabbing pr*ck to all the cops out there who are abused on a daily basis by the a—hole from Assachussets Despot Bloomberg.
