Look at that pic, absolutely disgusting...Those cops are smiling out of fear and intimidation because I know for a fact ALL of them hate his freakin’ guts. This POS knows how screwed they would be if they lost their jobs or pension so he continually abuses the hell out of them. And this Ray Kelly can go to hell as far as I’m concerned. My father is a retired cop who actually was friends with Ray, went up through the ranks with him in the 70s and he no longer keeps in touch. My dad sent him an email last year and Ray never answered it. The dude is gone, completely brain washed or drunk with power. Just a total backstabbing pr*ck to all the cops out there who are abused on a daily basis by the a—hole from Assachussets Despot Bloomberg.
