HRC appears to have damage to the
6th cranial nerve.
This nerve controls the muscle that allows
the eyeball to rotate outwardly. As such,
her left eye is always turned inward.
in order to appear to have a normal gaze,
she must wear glasses that have
a huge amount of prism,
witch can be seen if you look carefully
at recent photos.

This will be her excuse for, “What difference does it make?”

Well what about this Fresnel lens business? I didn’t find the pictures very convincing. They just looked like thick lenses to me. The big “Fresnel” shot was from the side, and I think the appearance was due to multiple reflections, as one sometimes sees in e.g. a glass table or door.
Heh. There was a whole SciAm article on this kind of thing some 10 or 20 years ago. It scares babies, as I remember.
