Doesn’t that ancient and outdated document provide a process for changing it, or even replacing it? How outmoded is that?

I don’t think these liberals understand that if they lose such a war they will be decorating lampposts all over the country for their treason. And if they win the war they will be purged by the new commissars as being too knowledgeable about how to make revolution and therefore too dangerous to have around.
