I have been observing politics for over 50 years. I have correctly predicted every Presidential election since FDR Died. Rubio is not NBC, but I doubt that will stop him from running and it will not be an issue unless the DIMs get very worried.
The Constitution is just a lot of outdated rules made by a bunch of old white racists so who cares. Glad you could help with that clarification Arkie.
