ABC will not release anything that might hurt the democrats, that in it self is a good story with proof that is usefull to use.

You are correct....McCain was not eligible as he was born in a civilian hospital in Panama...on Panamanian territory. A Senate Resolution is not law....and does not trump the US Constitution or even judicial legal precedent.
