The new judge in the Fort Hood shooting rampage case faces a controversial decision next week: whether to spare Nidal Hasan a possible death sentence and let him plead guilty in the worst mass shooting on a U.S. military installation.

No way this scumbag gets to spend the rest of his life on the taxpayers dime being a hero to muslimes everywhere. The judge better reject such a self serving offer/request and try him and fry him.

In days gone by, the military would have taken care of this whole thing the way the military was set up to take care of these things. With expedience. “Hasan, you pissant. You are Government Issue. We will use your example to prevent another atrocity. Trial, today. Firing Squad, tomorrow. We will not ask you if you have any questions or requests.”
What! He doesn’t want to be a martyr for the cause? I would think he would be more then happy to join Mohamass in hell and enjoy his 72 whatevers swimming in rivers of honey. Or whatever.
He will be convicted no doubt and the death penalty should be the only outcome ...

He was quietly moved to Club Gitmo, where's he's lounging in steambaths and buzzing the masseuses for full body massages.
Garbage. Get on with it - try him and convict him and execute him. Now.
The decision as to what the punishment will be, including the length of time and level of torture (if applicable) should rest upon the families of the slain. Period.
Political correctness guarantees that true justice is not served.

Well, I’m sure that the big kahuna in chief will be more than happy to make an exception for a fellow muslim.
Shoot, I’d give him what he wants and take the death penalty off the table.
Is it that judge’s fault that, Army SNAFUs being what they are, somebody puts Hasan against a wall and puts 30 or 50 rounds in him before they realize he was supposed to live in prison forever, constantly draining money from the taxpayers for his upkeep??
I mean, hey, mistakes happen!
