ONe of the scenarios I heard/read was that the good weapons the ones that actually worked were brought to Benghazi where they were sold to the Saudis who along with the US shipped them to Turkey. From there to Syria to the MB and who knows who else.

Truth is Benghazi was a median point to ship weapons from rpgs to shoulder fired stuff all over the mideast. Much of it confiscated from quackdafi.
